Q2: Can I customize the wristband with my company logo?
Yes, full logo customization is supported via full color printing or silk printing on one or both sides of the wristband. Custom shapes and colors can also be produced.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
The MOQ for bulk orders is 100 PCS. We also provide 1 free sample delivered within 7 days.
Q4: How long does production and shipping take?
Standard lead time is 3 to 5 days depending on order quantity and packaging. Delivery takes approximately 5 days after sample approval via Express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/EMS), Sea, or Air freight.
